Creating, minting, and listing Fashion NFTs may incur fees. You agree to pay any applicable fees associated with your use of the platform. Payment terms will be made clear before any transactions are finalized.

6. Share & Earn Program

Participation in the Share & Earn program is subject to specific rules and guidelines. Rewards are distributed based on engagement with shared designs and participation in campaigns.

7. Termination

MYAX reserves the right to terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior.

8. Disclaimers

MYAX provides the platform “as is” and disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MYAX will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.
